Kat Jensen is a multi-talented empath with a powerful set of tools she utilizes to empower others. Her goal in life is to help others feel more seen and heard. She takes ultimate inspiration from Brené Brown’s short film on empathy, making her motto: I’ll sit with you.
Kat prioritizes authenticity and compassion, and strives to provide safe spaces for individuals to find, explore, and express their creativity. To better foster these goals, Kat regularly hosts connection-based retreats, quilt blessings, and offers 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring services.
The name Kitchy Witchy was chosen as a home for these services and represents Kat’s gifts in the kitchen (she caters most of her retreats and events herself), the magic in the everyday she is drawn to, and includes a nod to “kitsch” because she is a collector of the odd & beautiful.
The triangle in the logo represents upward movement and progress and symbolizes clarity, strength, and resilience. The botanical element represents growth, a connection to the earth, and is another nod to her affinity to the earthiness of paganism.
