Have you ever felt alone? Or like you’re floundering and can’t make any real or lasting progress? When we feel like we’re stuck at the bottom of a pit, it can feel next to impossible to climb out all by ourselves.
A life coach is someone who will not only throw you a rope or pass down a ladder, but will climb down into the pit with you and sit with you. Sitting with you at the bottom is the only way, I believe, I can truly see, hear, and understand you–but more importantly, it’s the only way you will understand that you are not alone.
From the bottom of the pit, I can help you build a staircase one step at a time. I like the staircase analogy better than a ladder because a step is someplace you can rest for a while if the climbing gets too hard.
I am an empathy advocate and deeply believe that one of the most motivating factors in initiating lasting life change is feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.
When we’re lost or feel trapped at the bottom of a pit, it’s difficult to see how far we’ve come or where we’re going. I can help you identify your current situation and together, we can sort out actionable goals that will get you where you want to be.
My foundational belief is that you are more capable than you believe and that we are not designed to navigate life alone.
